Immersive and Real Life Scenarios
Our model is to provide immersive training experiences to help reveal how leaders actually respond in real life scenarios. These provide the opportunity to identify skill and experience gaps, as well as low stakes environments to try out new approaches in which to learn and apply new strategies.

During the program, you will identify your key leadership strengths and the skills you need to develop to become a leader with impact. During the 12 month journey, you will discover the things that have held you back from getting what you want, and build a newfound strength to handle challenging people and projects.

Leadership Fundamentals Module
Learn the fundamental principles and skills of leadership and establish the foundations and plan for the next steps in your journey as a leader. By understanding your personal leadership style you will gain personal clarity and power as a leader.
Immersive Leadership Training and Practical Leadership Skill Development
The Manager to Leader Program is a training and development program with key skill development modules, monthly stories from leadership guides, an immersive executive leadership experience and a community of leaders.
Leadership in Action Module
In this immersive and practical module you will design your own leadership project and see how you lead in a variety of challenging scenarios. This will enable you to practice and deepen your understanding of your leadership strengths and own personal leadership style while applying the fundamentals of leadership. It is here you can experiment with new leadership strategies and tools in a low risk environment where it’s safe to fail.
Influential Leadership Module
Take your leadership capability to the next level and be a leader with influence. This module is centered around communication, visibility and presence as a leader. As an influential leader you will communicate with confidence and conviction, have demonstrated presence as a leader and the ability to amplify your leadership by motivating and inspiring teams.
LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS
Leadership Stories and Leadership Guides
Each month you will have the opportunity to learn and hear leadership stories from our Leadership Guides - world class leaders who have reached the top of their game. Leadership guides include CEOs of private and ASX listed companies, board directors, military leaders, business leaders and founders. In these 90 minute online sessions you will hear their leadership journey to leadership and you will be able to ask questions you like.
Career Planning Sessions
Today’s careers are not linear, you need to create your own career path. With so much choice and opportunity this can be exciting but also daunting and overwhelming. As a part of the Manager to Leaders Program you will gain access to the 6 week career planning short course and career planning sessions with WeAspire mentors.
Executive Experience Day
The Executive Experience Day is an immersive, in person, one day event where you experience a ‘day in the life’ of an executive. For the day you are the executive of a fictitious company and are faced with a series of challenges from making tough decisions, to being the face of the company, to designing strategies for your company and managing difficult staff. This day is an opportunity to see the gaps and strengths in your leadership, receive feedback on how you lead and create a plan for what is needed next in your leadership journey.
Connect with the Leaders Network Online and Offline
There is an option to join a ‘pod’ of 4 to 6 aspiring leaders in the WeAspire Leaders Network. The pods support each other with accountability, regular catch ups and homework clubs so you won’t get lost in the online world or the community. When possible, there are face to face networking events within the community.
