Our Leadership Insights sessions are unique opportunities to ask successful leaders how they got to where they are, how they overcame challenges and unpack the steps to get into leadership.
The path to leadership is different for everyone and can be particularly challenging for minority groups. Leadership Insights helps break down the barriers, and aspiring leaders can learn directly from people of diverse backgrounds about just how they did it.

Part of the session is an open ‘question and answer’ where Aspiring Leaders can ask our Experienced Leaders anything. Questions our Experienced Leaders have answered are:

Stories from real people are a powerful way to gain insight.
This is why we use a storytelling approach in our Leadership Insights sessions. We ask leaders at the top of their game to get real with us on their journey to leadership, what challenges they were faced with as a leader and what their advice to aspiring leaders is.
